NDIS Youth Support Services
Community Access & Activities
We help participants safely access and enjoy their community while developing real-world skills.
This may include:
Attending local parks, sporting facilities or community spaces.
Participating in recreational activities and outings.
Exploring hobbies and interests.
Practicing social interaction in real environments.
These experiences allow young people to build friendships, increase independence and develop confidence in everyday situations.
Sports Mentoring
Sport can be a powerful tool for learning important life skills.
For participants interested in sport, we provide sports-based mentoring sessions that focus on:
Discipline and routine.
Behaviour management.
Teamwork and communication.
Confidence and resilience.
Improvement in Physical Exercise
Through sports like soccer, basketball and other team activities, participants can develop structure, positive habits and self-belief in a fun and supportive environment.
School Holiday Social Program
One of the most popular parts of our service is our School Holiday Program.
During school holidays we bring our participants together for group activities designed to build friendships, confidence and a sense of community.
These programs allow participants to:
Socialise with peers in a supportive environment.
Build meaningful friendships.
Try new activities.
Develop teamwork and social confidence.
Have fun and create positive experiences together.
Many young participants who may struggle with social connection find these programs extremely valuable for building a sense of belonging and community.
Our Goal
Our goal is simple:
To help young people build confidence, develop friendships and feel comfortable participating in their community while enjoying meaningful and fun experiences.
We provide tailored NDIS support for children and teenagers under 18, helping them build confidence, develop social skills and actively participate in their community.
Our approach focuses on creating safe, engaging and supportive experiences where young participants can learn new skills, form friendships and grow in confidence whilst having fun.
Taking part in community and recreational activities gives young people opportunities to form meaningful connections, explore new interests and develop important life skills that support their overall wellbeing and independence.
Building Confidence & Social Skills
We support young participants to develop important life skills through structured and enjoyable activities.
Our supports may include:
Building confidence in social situations.
Developing communication and friendship skills.
Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
Helping participants access and engage with their local community.
Encouraging independence and personal growth.
Every participant is different, so we tailor our support to match their interests, goals and comfort level.
