Childcare Services
Sports & Activities
Our sessions combine a variety of fun sports and engaging games including:
Soccer
Rugby
Basketball
AFL
Hockey
We also run a wide range of sports carnival style games and team-building activities, ensuring every session is exciting, inclusive and suitable for all skill levels.
The focus is always on participation, fun and confidence, rather than competition.
Wellbeing Topics We Explore
Alongside physical activity, we introduce children to simple and practical wellbeing practices such as:
Breathwork – learning how breathing helps calm the body and mind.
Gratitude – recognising, thanking and appreciating positive things in life.
Kindness – building empathy and supportive friendships.
Healthy habits that include:
Eating well
Staying active
Sleep Routines
These lessons help children develop emotional awareness and lifelong healthy habits.
Why Our Program Matters
Active play and wellbeing education are essential for children’s development, helping support both physical health and emotional wellbeing. Programs that encourage movement and healthy habits help children build a strong foundation for lifelong wellbeing. By exposing children to a wider range of sports and activities than most single-sport programs, we help develop stronger coordination, confidence and well-rounded athletic skills.

Our childcare program is designed to help children develop confidence, teamwork, resilience & healthy habits through a combination of sport, movement and wellbeing practices.
Each session provides a fun and engaging environment where children can build gross motor skills whilst also learning important tools to support their emotional wellbeing.
How the Program Works
Each session runs for 60 minutes and is structured to keep children engaged, active and learning.
40 minutes – Sports & Active Games
Children participate in fun team sports and movement activities designed to build coordination, teamwork and confidence.
20 minutes – Indoor Wellbeing Activities
Children then transition indoors where we focus on simple wellbeing practices that support emotional development and healthy habits.
This balanced approach allows children to move their bodies, build friendships and develop important life skills.
